The tour benefited Hendricks County food pantries; Indiana Petite Paws Rescue Angels ("A handmade puppy blanket is made and donated to the rescue, on our clients' behalf, after every home or lot we close."); member of Plainfield Tri Kappa.
Why did you organize the Harvest Home Tour: "Organizing the home tour as a charitable event was our way of bringing attention to the local food pantries and their need for donations. We felt by tying the two together, we could serve as a unified voice to help increase awareness of the need to donate."
Most rewarding part of your charitable activities: "Working side by side with the food pantry volunteers and knowing that one person can make a difference."
Something most people wouldn't know about you: "Not being a pet person, I allowed my son to adopt a dog this summer from a no-kill shelter. I'm now very much in love with him and am happy to have him in our family."
Person you most admire: "My husband, Russell Webb. He has given me the confidence and encouragement to follow my dreams."
